About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships professional to support the growth of ThingsBook in the U.S. market.
The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities to scale the platform. You will play a key role in shaping the early growth and partnership strategy of ThingsBook in the U.S., working directly with leadership to build a category-defining consumer platform.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Strategy
- Identify and initiate high-potential partnerships across platforms, creators, and communities
- Develop strategic insights on the creator economy, social platforms, and emerging consumer behaviors
- Analyze competitors and emerging platforms
- Support and participate in live partnership discussions and deal execution
- Uncover new opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives
- Contribute to shaping early-stage growth initiatives and go-to-market approaches
- Plan and execute community events for partnerships
- Build strategy decks and internal reports
- Apply structured thinking to ambiguous problems and drive them forward
- Contribute to decisions that impact product and growth direction
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business, or startups
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Intellectually curious, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience or strong interest in media, creators, community platforms, or consumer tech
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects
- Job type: Full-time
- Location: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA)
- Pay: $64,000 - $80,000 per year
